Eating Vegan Diet – Day 11

Breakfast:

Use some pre-cut peppers to make breakfast prep faster.

Simple tofu scramble with avocado toast

Snack:

Mocha Protein Shake

Lentils, brown rice, and brussel sprouts.

Review:

Nothing major to report.  Pretty basic day with quick meals. Made a big batch of lentils.  So that should last me the next few days. Moving on.
